LOL..it was fun,,then! I couldn't even put a pair on now! Loved it though, I much preferred the proper roller boots to the ones they use now, didn't you?

Ben has a BMX, lovely. I loved Choppers because they looked 'cool'! LOL Loved doing tricks and being very reckless on it but again, couldn't do any of that now!

Have just sent M out for a miles walk, to order DJ for Ben's dining in night next Saturday- can't believe we're actually going somewhere together! (well, with Ben!LOL)

Hope you're okay today, and D.

Love,

Amanda

Hi Blackcat get your bike out. I was a bit worried but i regularly participate in spinning classes which keep me really fit and dont have any impact on my joints i also burn about 500 calories in a class, i also do 3 body pump classes a week which keeps me strong and have just started a dance class - bit of hip hop, latin and next week line dancing. Im looking forward to it.
Find something that suits you theres so much you can still do xxx

Thanks Kate!
Our local leisure centre has just been refitted and now includes a spinning studio. My sister has been nagging me to have a go - so perhaps now is the time!

Hi Katie
The running is no good for me either. As a self confessed gymaholic before the RA curse, i regularly ran, did four circuit classes a week and step and aerobics. I have been a convert to spin for some time and found I get a fab workout without the joint pain! i also do street dance which I love.
happy spinningSmile
